Odin is Father of the Gods, King of Asgard, Ruler of the Aesir and the Lord of War, Death and Knowledge.
At VALHALLA: Odin's March brings in the new 9th graders every year as they pass through the Rainbow Bridge, touch Thor's Hammer and enter the great halls of Valhalla. |
THOR

Thor is the God of Thunder, and the son of Odin. His hammer, the Mjollnir, creates lighting and is always ready to do battle.
At VALHALLA: Thor is our Mascot and his hammer is touched by all 9th graders at Odin's March and also by the Seniors at Graduation.

Passing under the Rainbow Bridge, also known as Bifröst, is a place of passing judgement.
At VALHALLA: The Rainbow Bridge is what the freshmen enter through during Odin's Procession. |
SAGA

Saga is the daughter of Odin and godess of poetry and history.
At VALHALLA: Saga is the name of the School Newspaper

VALKYRIES

Valkyries were battle maidens that searched with Odin for the braviest Norse Warriors.
At VALHALLA: Valkyries are a group of students that work with our Sports Teams as they battle their opponents.
